The original Nokia Carbon Arte does indeed have 4GB of internal memory but that doesn't mean that all fakes don't. Some might. Much less than that and you can be fairly sure it's a fake. If you've been able to see the label then I assume you've had it in your hands.
You don't say if a product code was mentioned if one wasn't then it's a fake. Connect it to a computer and see what prompt comes up on the phone's screen. If you're given choices such as "webcam" and "comport" then the phone is a fake.
