Follow the path until encountering a body of water to the east, and use Surf once more. At the end, the TM for Low Sweep is found on the small strip of land. To the right of the receptionists is a Lady who will give you the TM when spoken to. Overheat Fire General Location: Route 11 Specific Location: Upon entering the route, head to the waterfall in the middle, scale it, and go to the east side in order to get the TM.

Head east and cross the dark patch of grass with the raised walkways to find the TM. When you end up in the southeastern corner outside, follow the path west through the dark patches of grass, and go down the next flight of stairs. The TM for Dream Eater is near the patch of grass at the end of the corridor.
Grass Knot Grass General Location: Pinwheel Forest Specific Location: After entering the forest, go to the west and follow the path until reaching a junction that is split by a log you can walk through, which is divided into a northern and a southern portion.
